Empire Review Catch a bad buzz! - 4 out of 5  (8/8/2000) Sometimes I wonder just what is going through the minds of the people who work for Disney. The good news is that "Buzz Lightyear, of Star Command" offers an option to skip those annoying trailers that have preceded every other Disney classic thus far. The bad news is that this is a sequel in name only. The participation of Pixar only serves as an introduction to the actual movie. There is an introduction skit by the Toy Story characters, but there are some replacement voices. For example, Tom Hanks' Woody character is voiced by Tom's brother.
